“WALDBADEN DRINNEN…RUHE FINDEN DURCH KUNST”
I’m excited to announce that I’ll be offering a free workshop in Baden at Haus der Kunst on Tuesday 25 November, 2025 from 6pm till 7.30pm. The attached flyer provides information on what to expect.

What’s even more exciting is being part of https://www.fritzvogel.at/waldbaden/ where Fritz’s beautiful paintings will be the focus for “forest bathing inside!”
The Science Behind Forest Bathing, (even Indoors)
Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is the mindful practice of slowing down and connecting with nature through your senses. Research shows that even short periods spent around trees, or simply viewing forest scenes, can have measurable health benefits.
Key benefits include:
Reduced stress levels: Exposure to forest environments lowers cortisol and supports emotional balance.
Enhanced focus and creativity: Nature helps reset attention and improve cognitive function.
Better physical health: Forest air and natural imagery stimulate relaxation responses that benefit heart rate, blood pressure, and immunity.
And the best part? You don’t need to be deep in the woods to enjoy these effects. Viewing paintings or photos of forests has been found to evoke similar calming brain activity, making indoor forest bathing a meaningful practice when outside becomes too cold for venturing out ;-)
Looking forward to seeing you on 25 November at HAUS DER KUNST, KAISER FRANZ-RING 7, 2500 BADEN, as part of the art exhibition, „FRITZ VOGEL – WALDBADEN“! https://www.fritzvogel.at/waldbaden/
