Consulting:
Having had the opportunity to gain experience across the diverse range of what Human Resources can offer, Liz’s consulting service ranges from organizational design to policy iterations, to talent acquisition, strategy development and implementation, change management and much more - all with the one aim - to support and enable organizations in how to become and stay successful and provide a #bestcultureever to attract, retain and enable happy, productive and committed people. She also brings with her knowledge and experience of the complexities of Austrian, Swiss & German labour law and how organizational initiatives can be applied and embedded while still complying with these laws.
People Projects:
Liz brings experience in project managing People (HR) Projects which include everything from automating HR systems, processes to designing and implementing People Initiatives such as Leadership and Expert Development Paths, OKR´s and Road Maps, just to name a few. Through Liz’s many years of building up and leading HR teams and functions, she can also support organizations starting HR or needing to change their current HR org, processes, systems and/or culture.
Liz is certified scrum and agile methodologies and utilises these where relevant and of value in making organizations more effective.
Organizational Development Workshops:
Delivering workshops to help leadership teams build, manage and implement strategies and help teams become more effective, more productive, successful and aligned.
Various soft skills workshops are also part of Liz’s scope and experience, having helped many teams at all levels, across many different industries over the years improve and develop a wide array of soft skills.
